The Occupational Health and Safety Act stipulates that mental stress must be determined in addition to physical stress. The assessment from this serves as the basis for possible occupational safety measures. After various consultations, the company management decided on the following questionnaire.

This is an inventory for which the participation of as many employees as possible is required. The completion of this questionnaire is intended to focus exclusively on working conditions. Private and personal aspects, over which the employer has no influence anyway, should ideally not play a role in your evaluations and responses.

To protect your personal rights and your data, the survey is anonymous. Statistical aggregation during evaluation does not allow conclusions to be drawn about an individual workplace.
